Commercial Director - Environment Division

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a targeted commercial strategy for industrial sectors, managing both key accounts and multi-industrial portfolios.
• Identify, qualify, and convert cross-selling opportunities in close coordination with local agencies and sales services.
• Work transversally with Department and Agency Directors to transform technical needs into concrete solutions.
• Maintain a strong field presence by visiting client sites, conducting needs workshops, and proposing tailored offers.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of industrial decision-makers, including technical directors and buyers.
• Co-construct commercial responses and lead negotiations for strategic contracts and projects.
• Represent the company at professional events, trade shows, and industry clubs.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial or technical roles within environmental activities (industrial cleaning, sanitation, soil decontamination, or waste treatment).
• Proven expertise in industrial cleaning or hazardous/non-hazardous waste management.
• Strong relational skills with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers and build lasting connections.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead teams through influence rather than direct management.
• National mobility is required for regular travel to support agencies and meet clients.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with a results-oriented mindset.
