Commercial Director

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize market segments by region, solution, and organization type
• Develop commercial strategies and ensure execution plans align with priorities
• Identify growth opportunities through pricing, packaging, and portfolio innovation
• Build market understanding via trend analysis, customer insight, and competitive intelligence
• Support product-market fit by aligning positioning and go-to-market approaches
• Share customer feedback to inform continuous product improvement and innovation
• Champion a positive end-to-end customer experience from purchase through ongoing use
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver commercial outcomes

Requirements

• Experience or strong familiarity with the Pharma and Biotech sector
• Proven experience in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, or market development
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within complex matrix environments
• Clear and inclusive written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-starting approach with a track record of results
