Commercial Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by brand and total volume for each client and territory
• Develop prospects and build a network of new business opportunities
• Provide technical advice and value propositions to customers
• Prepare quotations, capture sales orders, and ensure correct pricing across all accounts
• Monitor product manufacturing and delivery processes
• Build strong commercial relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders (finance, production, logistics)
• Manage time and territory effectively to balance visits to existing accounts, target accounts, and new prospects
• Support the accounts receivable department in recovering overdue balances

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, product management, or customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Intermediate to advanced English language skills
• Strong negotiation, organization, and time management skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
