Commercial Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Qualify potential prospects within assigned Market Intelligence accounts by segment
• Identify and engage key decision-makers and users within target organizations
• Develop new business prospects through inbound leads, prospect lists, and individual research
• Execute outreach strategies to drive appointments for Sales Representatives
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Manage and maintain accurate client data and communication logs within the CRM
• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with peers on best practices, competitive intelligence, and sales strategy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales
• Knowledge of the finance industry or experience working in financial services
• Proven track record of achieving quotas and meeting activity goals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level audiences
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM databases, such as Salesforce.com, is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree preferred
