Commercial Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the central interface between business and tech teams, translating commercial requirements and market feedback into strategic product requirements
• Responsible for the positioning, communication, and value proposition of Retail Media products
• Develop compelling narratives to support successful client pitches by the sales team
• Support and empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights
• Provide strategic advice to key clients by translating complex technical contexts into understandable business value
• Collaborate closely with tech, sales, and business stakeholders to drive product adoption and commercial success

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
• 3+ years of professional experience in Retail Media, AdTech, product strategy, business development, or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills combined with strong commercial understanding
• Ability to effectively bridge technical and economic perspectives
• Strong stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
• Structured, strategic, and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluency in German and English
