Commercial & Design Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product awareness and sales for contract design, commercial, and residential segments.
• Create and execute short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities by building relationships with architects, designers, and property management firms.
• Promote Cosentino products through formal presentations and attendance at local industry events (ASID, IIDA, AIA).
• Manage sales budgets and maintain accurate project details within Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate with account managers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of building materials, construction, or commercial projects sales experience.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with multiple levels of stakeholders within commercial industry projects.
• 1+ year of business development experience.
• High School / GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in stone fabrication or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and surfacing products.
