Commercial & Design Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product awareness and sales to contract design and commercial segments for interior and exterior applications.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities through professional relationships with architects, designers, and building owners.
• Deliver formal product presentations to targeted organizations and industry professionals.
• Maintain accurate relationship and project details within the Salesforce CRM database.
• Manage sales budgets and ensure compliance with assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual expense targets.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent Cosentino within the professional community by hosting and attending local chapter events.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Must be local to the area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with façades.
