Commercial & Design Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Create short and long-term sales plans to increase penetration within the architect community and secure specifications for large-scale projects.
• Develop new business opportunities and build stable, long-term relationships with architects and designers.
• Actively promote the Cosentino brand by participating in industry fairs, exhibitions, and events (e.g., CasaDecor, ARCO).
• Engage with architectural associations and organizations to host and participate in professional events.
• Collect and share market intelligence regarding design trends, colors, and materials.
• Manage individual sales budgets, maintaining strict discipline regarding sales costs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Coordinate project execution by communicating effectively with technical teams, installers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant sales experience specifically targeting architects, designers, or renovators.
• University degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in CAD Design.
• Experience or knowledge using Salesforce, SAP, or Pardot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in digital sales strategies including Social Selling, Email marketing, and eCRM.
• Skills in digital content generation, brand management, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with digital metrics, KPIs, and dashboard management.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AR/VR and SaaS.
