Commercial & Design Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural and design firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
• Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, and building owners.
• Promote organization products through formal presentations to targeted organizations and design professionals.
• Maintain accurate relationship, product placement, and project details within the Salesforce CRM.
• Manage the sales development of Cosentino surfacing products, including exterior applications and facades.
• Represent and promote Cosentino within the local community by hosting and attending local chapter events.
• Manage own sales budget and ensure discipline regarding assigned sales and expense budgets.
• Assist with corporate account roll-out programs, which may require travel to facilitate multi-location programs.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Must reside in the Milan area.
• Strong work ethic, resilience, and a "hunter" mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with façades.
• Bachelor's degree.
