Commercial & Design Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product awareness and sales for contract design and commercial segments, targeting architects, designers, and developers.
• Create short- and long-term sales plans to penetrate architectural firms, developers, and corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities through professional relationships with building owners and property management firms.
• Deliver formal product presentations to architects and designers.
• Maintain accurate project details and relationship management within Salesforce CRM.
• Manage sales budgets and ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual expense targets.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Must be local to Porto.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with façades.
