Commercial Derivatives Support Engineering Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of provisioning data and training for internal and external customers
• Provide oversight and support to engineers and technical analysts supporting commercial derivatives programs
• Coach, mentor, and motivate employees while providing developmental opportunities and performance reviews
• Manage team goals, strategy implementation, and policy communication
• Monitor key performance metrics, schedules, and costs to ensure performance to plan
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers
• Provide oversight of technical approaches, products, and processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Aerospace Engineering experience
• Minimum of 5 years of customer-facing experience
• Demonstrated expertise in provisioning
• Demonstrated leadership experience delivering results to support customer deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in other product support elements such as supply chain management or maintenance processes
• Experience providing oversight for multiple projects and resources
