About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop sales within your assigned territory by conducting face-to-face meetings with SME owners
- Sell Flatpay's innovative payment solutions using both provided qualified leads and active prospecting
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and installation targets
- Generate new business opportunities through field prospecting, including door-to-door and cold visits
- Manage the end-to-end client experience, including the delivery, installation, and training of equipment
Requirements
- Strong motivation for field sales, ideally in a B2B or customer-oriented environment
- Comfortable working towards quantitative sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency with commercial tools and CRM systems for pipeline management
- Highly autonomous, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to impact decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management is a plus
