About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers in the dealership
- Receive and greet customers and direct them to the appropriate department
- Handle telephone and in-person inquiries
- Manage service and appointment scheduling for the workshop
- Record customer complaints and forward them to the responsible employee or supervisor
- Process customer orders
- Maintain customer data
Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., in an automotive dealership or hotel)
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Organizational talent with a conscientious and structured way of working
- Excellent manners, independence, and reliability
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
