Responsibilities

  • Structure, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, technology licenses, and vendor agreements
  • Build out the commercial function by developing templates, playbooks, and workflows
  • Advise on IP, privacy, and evolving AI regulatory frameworks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Agent Development teams
  • Exercise strategic judgment regarding risk in a hyperscaling business environment

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of legal experience
  • Combination of large law firm and in-house tech company experience
  • Strong background in negotiating complex commercial contracts (SaaS, AI, or enterprise software)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with privacy/regulatory frameworks and data processing agreements
  • Deep understanding of AI products, LLMs, and related legal issues
  • Experience at a top-tier, internationally recognized law firm
  • Experience working at a high-growth startup
