Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end commercial contracting process, from initial request through signature
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements including SaaS subscription agreements, MSAs, order forms, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and professional services agreements
  • Review and negotiate alliance and channel partnership agreements
  • Serve as the key legal point of contact for the revenue organization
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Security, and Product to resolve legal issues
  • Maintain contract playbooks, standard templates, and approval workflows
  • Leverage AI-assisted contract review tools to accelerate throughput
  • Support improvements in contract lifecycle management process and tooling

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
  • 3–5 years of in-house commercial contracting experience
  • Experience negotiating SaaS and enterprise technology agreements
  • Ability to manage a high-volume commercial contracting workload
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Comfort with AI-assisted legal tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a cybersecurity, data, or security intelligence company
  • Experience negotiating alliance, reseller, or channel partnership agreements
  • Familiarity with international commercial contracting and GDPR
  • Prior use of contract lifecycle management (CLM) or AI-legal-ops platforms
