Responsibilities
- Own enterprise deals by leading drafting and negotiation of MSAs, enterprise T&Cs, DPAs, and other tech agreements
- Solve complex AI-related sticking points and propose practical solutions to drive stakeholder alignment
- Use Lovable and other AI tools to increase deal velocity and reduce cycle times
- Translate regulatory requirements (EU AI Act, GDPR, Data Act) into commercial advantages
- Maintain audit-ready hygiene by keeping deals clean, documented, and consistent
Requirements
- 8+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years in SaaS (Series B–D preferred)
- Experience managing 6-figure enterprise deals and common negotiation friction points
- Proficiency in drafting/negotiating MSAs, Enterprise T&Cs, and DPAs from scratch
- Familiarity with DORA, EU AI Act, GDPR, and common negotiation frameworks
- Understanding of AI governance, risk, and model-training concerns
- Ability to work with a bias for action and brevity, preferring concise guidance over lengthy memos
- Strong commercial judgment to frame risk and tradeoffs from a business perspective
