Commercial Counsel

Responsibilities

• Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts
• Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance
• Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams

Requirements

• 4-6 years of significant transactional experience
• Experience in an in-house environment preferred
• Expertise in commercial contracts including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, vendor, procurement, and supply chain agreements
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external advisers
• Strong issue spotting and contract planning skills
• Full Australian working rights and eligibility to practice in Australia
