Commercial Controlling

Responsibilities

• Support management in the preparation of group results and consolidation for senior leadership
• Perform financial forecasting, operating cost budgeting, and prepare special reports
• Participate in project meetings to provide support through plausibility checks and variance analysis
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement
• Monitor operational costs, including personnel expenses and overheads such as rent and training
• Ensure all planning and forecast documents comply with Group guidelines and processes
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and regular reports for management

Requirements

• Completed education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional experience in a similar controlling role, ideally with operational experience
• Strong analytical, numerical, and commercial business knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Excel, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and OneNote
• Fluent English with strong business communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently with a structured, self-driven approach
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
