Commercial Contracts Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, and Procurement teams as a trusted advisor on strategy, planning, and risk management
• Review and negotiate office and data centre leases, master services agreements, professional services, consulting agreements, and licence agreements
• Support commercial contracts and procurement processes
• Advise technology and infrastructure teams
• Advise the broader firm on day-to-day contract issues across global offices

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in commercial contracts, including real estate leases, construction fit-outs, data centres, and technology services
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales in good standing with the SRA
• Advanced knowledge of commercial contract law, leases, construction, and data licensing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to incorporate AI into legal practices
• Experience with contract management systems and legal review processes
• Willingness to travel to the New York office 1-2 times per year
• Fluency in English
