Commercial Contracts Attorney

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Facilities, and Procurement teams as a trusted advisor on strategy, planning, and risk management
• Review and negotiate office and data center leases, master services agreements, technology agreements, cloud compute, and software services agreements
• Support commercial contracts and procurement processes
• Advise the broader firm on day-to-day contract issues across global offices

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in commercial contracts, including data center leases and technology/professional services
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in one or more U.S. states
• Advanced knowledge of commercial contract law
• Experience with data centers and technology
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Adept at incorporating AI into legal practices
• Experience with contract management systems and legal review processes

Preferred Qualifications

• In-house legal experience
• Experience with IP, data licensing, and AI
• Experience working closely with engineering and procurement teams
