Responsibilities
- Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines
- Advise clients on NDA playbooks and provide guidance on market standards
- Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity
- Collaborate with technology teams to improve the NDA review process using AI
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Active bar admission in New York
- 3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows
