Responsibilities

• Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline NDAs tailored to client guidelines
• Advise clients on NDA playbooks and provide guidance on market standards
• Integrate AI agents into workflow management, execution, negotiation, and coordination with counterparties
• Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and velocity
• Collaborate with technology teams to improve the efficiency of the NDA review process

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active bar admission in New York
• 3-6 years of experience reviewing NDAs or similar agreements
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflows
