Commercial Consultant

Responsibilities

• Map the market and act as a hunter to prospect and bring new partner agencies to the real estate financing ecosystem
• Act as a farmer to nurture daily relationships with partner agencies through consultative and strategic service
• Develop and execute individual action plans to diagnose bottlenecks and increase productivity and credit origination
• Monitor performance indicators, aggressive goals, and funnel metrics
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality of credit operations managed by partners
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the partner experience

Requirements

• Previous commercial experience focusing on B2B channels, partnerships, or real estate credit origination
• Technical knowledge of the real estate financing market and its dynamics
• Active or in-progress certification in real estate credit (Abecip CA-300, CA-600, or ANEPS)
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and resilient profile oriented by metrics
• Availability for hybrid/remote work with strong self-management
• Possession of an active portfolio of credit agencies or real estate market partners is a plus
