Commercial Consultant

Responsibilities

• Map, prospect, and develop relationships with medium and large developers
• Build close relationships with brokers, developers, builders, and other strategic partners
• Provide consultative service to clients interested in real estate financing
• Perform simulations, credit analysis, and follow up on processes with financial institutions
• Present Loft's business model for transfer and registration as an operational efficiency solution
• Manage the B2B sales funnel from initial contact to partnership contract signing
• Act as a focal point between developers, clients, and internal Loft teams
• Ensure complete support to clients and partners throughout the entire journey until contract formalization

Requirements

• Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably with developers
• Knowledge and experience in real estate credit
• Solid experience in relationship management with clients and strategic partners
• Strong communication, excellent oratory, and negotiation skills
• Critical and analytical thinking with a focus on results
• Hunter profile, hands-on, and high execution capacity
• Availability to work in São Paulo, including in-person visits and regional travel
• Active FEBRABAN, CA300, and CA600 certifications (mandatory)
