About the role
Responsibilities
- Map, prospect, and develop relationships with medium and large developers
- Build close relationships with brokers, developers, builders, and other strategic partners
- Provide consultative service to clients interested in real estate financing
- Perform simulations, credit analysis, and follow up on processes with financial institutions
- Present Loft's business model for transfer and registration as an operational efficiency solution
- Manage the B2B sales funnel from initial contact to partnership contract signing
- Act as a focal point between developers, clients, and internal Loft teams
- Ensure complete support to clients and partners throughout the entire journey until contract formalization
Requirements
- Experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably with developers
- Knowledge and experience in real estate credit
- Solid experience in relationship management with clients and strategic partners
- Strong communication, excellent oratory, and negotiation skills
- Critical and analytical thinking with a focus on results
- Hunter profile, hands-on, and high execution capacity
- Availability to work in São Paulo, including in-person visits and regional travel
- Active FEBRABAN, CA300, and CA600 certifications (mandatory)
