Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative B2C sales for qualified leads (creators, specialists, marketing professionals)
• Manage a high-conversion funnel from initial contact to closing
• Prospect and close B2B contracts with companies, agencies, and marketing teams for volume ticket purchases
• Develop proposal materials and presentations for decision-makers in HR and Marketing
• Register and categorize objections to provide market intelligence for marketing strategies
• Collaborate with CRM, Growth, and Marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative B2C or B2B sales of mid-to-high ticket products
• Proven experience in the events segment (ticket sales, sponsorship, or conferences)
• Experience working with structured funnels and active CRM usage
• Degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, Marketing, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the digital economy market (infoproducts, performance marketing, SaaS)
• Experience with complex B2B sales involving multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
• Analytical capacity to interpret conversion data and identify bottlenecks
