Commercial Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support clients through practical commercial activities across the contract lifecycle
• Manage sourcing, contract development, contract administration, and ongoing management
• Deliver service within the Maritime Sustainment segment
• Contribute directly to commercial outcomes through procurement and contracting expertise

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, contracting, or contract management
• Knowledge of Defence contracting and procurement processes
• Working knowledge of the ASDEFCON contracting suite
• Understanding of the Procurement Policy Framework and Commonwealth Procurement Rules
• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance
• Ability to produce clear, accurate commercial documentation and advice

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering services to NSSG, CASG, or other Defence areas
• Experience delivering "Above the Line" consulting/contracting services to Defence or Commonwealth
• Experience in providing ILS support or management
• Defence maritime or domain sustainment/project experience
• Prior consulting experience
