About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process distributor and dealer orders in SAP from receipt through invoicing
  • Monitor Salesforce for failed orders and release orders to SAP
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to resolve order and inventory issues
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial customers regarding order status and product availability
  • Manage the GWC Program inbox and track program claims
  • Prepare order-related documentation including shipment schedules, invoices, and fulfillment metrics
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to resolve issues and improve customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions
  • Proven ability to access decision makers at client organizations
