Commercial Channel Business Planner

Responsibilities

• Own sales forecasting, reporting, and complex business analysis to drive execution.
• Design and deploy sales coverage, quota, and compensation plans.
• Construct financial models and reporting tools using data from multiple sources.
• Define key performance metrics and compare actual data against forecasted values.
• Conduct market research and gather intelligence on industry trends and competitors.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop strategic business plans and identify new opportunities.
• Provide ad-hoc business reporting and modeling for special projects.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in strategy, planning, or operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and advanced financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize findings for senior leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in research methodology and data manipulation.
