Commercial Buyer (Electronics) M

Responsibilities

• Act as the global category buyer for resistors, managing all commercially relevant topics.
• Serve plants and logistics operations with a worldwide scope.
• Conduct price and contract negotiations and maintain relevant systems.
• Implement global category and supplier strategies within the responsible category.
• Handle new project awarding from a commercial perspective.
• Support worldwide plants regarding supplier quality, cost claims, and logistics escalations.
• Collaborate with Bosch engineering, quality, and project purchasing teams for new project development.
• Perform market scouting and drive new supplier development and enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Finance.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry, IATF16949 systems, and AEC-Q200 standards.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and oral).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis skills and intercultural competence.
• Ability to drive topics through challenges and remain resilient in adverse environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working abroad is considered a plus.
