Commercial Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Branch Managers and operational leaders to drive profitability and provide commercial decision support
• Deliver capital analysis and support capex project reporting and investment decisions
• Provide commercial support to sales and pricing teams regarding margin and opportunity assessment
• Support business case development, including investment logic, risk analysis, and sensitivity modeling
• Work with engineering teams to track project performance and support decision-making
• Assist with master data management to improve reporting accuracy and commercial insight

Requirements

• CA/CPA qualification
• Proven experience in a Commercial Business Partner, commercial finance, or management accounting role
• Strong business partnering capability with confidence engaging operational leaders
• Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience supporting capital projects, business cases, or engineering stakeholders is highly regarded
