Commercial Brand Manager

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute market-specific brand strategies and annual business plans for Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Manage full lifecycle of assigned brands including Disney Marvels, Harry Potter, and My Little Pony
• Plan and launch integrated localized campaigns across digital, offline, content, and PR channels
• Partner with creative, media, and agency teams to develop on-brand marketing assets
• Collaborate with Shanghai-based sales, product, supply chain, and finance teams
• Liaise with global brand teams and local distributors to align IP standards
• Protect brand reputation and ensure compliance with local regulations and global IP guidelines
• Develop and own annual brand budgets and track performance against KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
• 5+ years of brand management experience in IP licensing, toy industry, or consumer entertainment
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Deep understanding of Greater China consumer insights and media ecosystem
• Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and project execution capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Hong Kong and/or Taiwan market operations is a strong plus
