Commercial Banking - Technology Vertical Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit information to support lending decisions for a portfolio of commercial banking clients within the technology industry.
• Negotiate loan structures, terms, and conditions that align client requirements with bank risk appetite and policies.
• Assess client repayment capacity using financial models and analytical tools to recommend appropriate loan structures and collateral.
• Monitor the portfolio to identify deteriorating credit conditions, analyze metrics, and assess industry trends to mitigate risks.
• Lead proposal development and deliver presentations to capture new business and expand existing client relationships.
• Identify revenue and cross-selling opportunities to enhance portfolio growth and optimize returns.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory standards, and operational guidelines to minimize risk exposure.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations within a corporate or banking environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in loan structuring, credit risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking operations.
