Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for client acquisition and relationship management for companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation by staying up to date with industry trends
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Deep local market knowledge and connections
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training
• Strong business development and sales management skills
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
