Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for client acquisition and relationship management for companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation by staying current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
• Utilize technical infrastructure and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep local market knowledge and strong professional connections.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility with senior business and control partners.
