Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for client acquisition and relationship management within the Emerging Middle Market.
• Provide strategic financial advice to businesses with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Grow and retain profitable client relationships by introducing comprehensive banking solutions.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and process automation.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep local market knowledge and strong professional connections.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility with senior business partners.

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong business development and sales management skills.
