Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for client acquisition and relationship management for companies with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Emerging Middle Market target space.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation by staying up to date with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Five or more years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep local market knowledge and connections.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong business development and sales management skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
