Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market Banking - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary focal point for client acquisition and relationship management within the Emerging Middle Market space.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships with companies having annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset to provide strategic financial advice.
• Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation by staying current with industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to introduce comprehensive banking solutions to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage effectively with CEOs and CFOs.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep local market knowledge and strong professional connections.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Strong business development and sales management skills.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining positive, long-term client relationships.
• Strong creative problem-solving abilities and excellent business judgment.
