Commercial Banker - Emerging Middle Market Banking - Vice President

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for client acquisition and relationship management within the Emerging Middle Market space.
• Provide strategic financial advice to businesses with annual revenues between $20 million and $100 million.
• Grow and retain profitable relationships by introducing comprehensive banking solutions.
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and innovation.
• Collaborate with internal partners and resources to deliver client solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
• Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Proven client relationship skills with the ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
• Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Deep local market knowledge and strong professional connections.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility with senior partners.

• Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training.
• Proficiency in sales management and business development.
