Commercial Back Office Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks to ensure proper functioning of contracts, including contractual terms and billing
• Issue contractual documents such as policies, contracts, endorsements, premium charges, and invoicing
• Process inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients or intermediaries
• Register and create policies in Coface systems
• Analyze sales data, identify anomalies, and update systems
• Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and productivity
• Maintain compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and local regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting
• 3-4 years of experience in general accounting or shared services environments
• 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Understanding of basic financial statements and premium calculation logic

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to insurance, credit insurance, or financial services
• Knowledge of French
