About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute tasks to ensure proper functioning of contracts, including contractual terms and billing
- Issue contractual documents such as policies, contracts, endorsements, premium charges, and invoicing
- Process inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients or intermediaries
- Register and create policies in Coface systems
- Analyze sales data, identify anomalies, and update systems
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and productivity
- Maintain compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) and local regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting
- 3-4 years of experience in general accounting or shared services environments
- 1 year of experience in customer service or back-office operations
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Understanding of basic financial statements and premium calculation logic
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to insurance, credit insurance, or financial services
- Knowledge of French
