Commercial Associate Senior Underwriter

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate title searches and insurance risk factors for commercial real estate transactions
• Communicate underwriting requirements to counsel for buyers, sellers, and lenders
• Evaluate risk and exposures to determine the acceptability of business
• Determine premiums, terms, and conditions based on established rules, rates, and guidelines
• Analyze data such as financial conditions, industry types, and past claim experience to inform decisions
• Follow existing procedures to perform routine assignments and solve standard problems

Requirements

• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to evaluate title searches and assess risk/exposure
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
