Commercial Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the Brandshapers team through customer and client management, including submitting new line forms and promotional proposals
• Maintain promotional calendars and master trackers for allocated brands and customers
• Manage customer portals to ensure accuracy of pricing and product data
• Support customer recharges, promotional claims, accruals, and prepay management
• Assist the Sales Operations and Planning Manager with performance reporting and field team briefings
• Generate analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making for business managers
• Provide general business support including trade show coordination, office administration, and IT onboarding

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze sales performance data and produce accurate reports
• Proficiency in Office 365
• High level of numeracy and strong analytical capabilities
• Previous experience in an office administration role
• Previous experience in a customer or client-facing role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using SAP
• Previous experience in a commercial, sales support, or retail environment
