Commercial Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the Heilbronn division
• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the team, including personnel development and goal setting
• Prepare and analyze internal monthly and annual financial statements and report to management
• Manage annual planning and rolling interim forecasts for the division
• Oversee controlling and steering of ongoing business activities
• Support contract acquisition, drafting, and management of contract amendments
• Ensure long-term company success through commercial excellence and strategic foresight

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Extensive commercial experience in a responsible role within the construction industry
• Holistic understanding of business processes, including legal and technical aspects
• Proven leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Strong negotiation skills, initiative, and a structured way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard commercial applications
