Tools for Humanity (TFH) designs and builds technology behind World. World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. The TFH and World tech stacks make this possible through the Orb, World ID, and World App, adding a human layer to an AI-driven internet.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, enterprise customer agreements, and SaaS agreements.
• Partner with business development, product, operations, and finance teams to structure complex commercial arrangements.
• Advise stakeholders on transaction structure, risk allocation, and negotiation strategy.
• Support novel deal structures involving emerging technologies like blockchain, digital identity, and AI.
• Support strategic transactions, investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board materials and subsidiary maintenance.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Commercial or Technology Transactions attorney
• Experience at a top-tier law firm and in-house
• Significant experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial transactions
• Ability to work in person in San Francisco, CA
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally

• Experience with emerging technologies or global operational models
