Responsibilities

• Lead analytical responses to commercial challenges, sizing market opportunities and building cases for GTM investments
• Build and own performance models that break down revenue growth into key drivers
• Translate complex analytical work into crisp, senior-ready recommendations for leadership
• Own commercial intelligence for business reviews, including pipeline coverage, win/loss analysis, and conversion metrics
• Use AI and data visualization tools to automate reporting infrastructure
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Data teams to ensure dashboard reliability

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in high-growth fintech, payments, or strategy consulting
• Strong focus on commercial, sales, or revenue analytics
• Background in a quantitative or business field
• Genuine fluency with complex Excel or Google Sheets modeling
• Proven track record of using AI tools like Claude Code and Claude CoWork to accelerate output
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on providing actionable recommendations
