Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoice payments, contract oversight, and cost analysis for aircraft External Maintenance
• Establish cost tracking parameters to monitor OEM and vendor supplier escalations
• Analyze cost trends and identify opportunities for cost mitigation
• Create External Maintenance Budgets with accurate projections
• Report monthly financials and establish accruals for the finance department
• Provide expenditure analysis and full-year financial reports
• Ensure contractual obligations are met in the best interests of Jetstar
• Support the introduction of automation for reports and procedures
• Maintain and support PowerBI Dashboards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI
• Proven project management experience
• Knowledge of accounting and cost analytics is welcomed
• Strong communication and time management skills
