About the role
Responsibilities
- Define, guide, and review detailed financial models and valuation analysis for potential transactions
- Support deal due diligence processes, including data analysis, research, and negotiation support
- Manage the transaction execution process and prepare documentation such as investment memoranda
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment throughout the deal process
- Manage business development initiatives across the existing portfolio
- Aggregate and present market research and competitive analysis to senior management
- Oversee the day-to-day activities and work products of junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or a similar analytical role
- High proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling (e.g., DCF, comparable company, and acquisition analysis)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Familiarity with the energy or infrastructure industry and market trends
