Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for the commercial area, converting data into key decisions to optimize value propositions for the sales force and consultants.
• Analyze campaign closing results, billing progress, and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Design and manage strategic commercial projects, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Evaluate and propose improvements to commercial programs and initiatives based on market context and corporate strategy.
• Develop executive reporting and data storytelling to communicate actionable insights to Executive Directors.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Highly analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to structure large volumes of information.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to executive audiences.
• Intermediate English level (reading and comprehension of technical documentation and reports).
