Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage client registration, maintenance, and updates in internal systems to ensure data integrity.
• Execute all stages of the billing process.
• Prepare, review, and monitor commercial proposals in alignment with client needs and company guidelines.
• Support Account Executives with the sending, tracking, and handling of commercial proposals.
• Monitor the entire sales process from initial demand through proposal formalization and service continuity.
• Interface with the laboratory to validate scopes, confirm delivery deadlines, and resolve operational queries.
• Manage and resolve pending issues related to received samples to ensure process fluidity.
• Provide commercial support and customer service, ensuring agile and high-quality responses.
• Support the company at industry fairs, events, and actions to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements

• Higher education in progress or completed.
• Intermediate English skills, with the ability to read and communicate in a professional context.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Previous experience with laboratory administrative routines.
