Commercial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality reporting and analytics to support short and long-term business objectives for the ANZ team.
• Conduct business model analysis to identify key value drivers and provide data-driven insights for strategy formulation.
• Perform research across customer segments and geographies to support sales territory allocation and customer coverage strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards and data visualization tools to improve visibility on market trends.
• Own the development and maintenance of the Promotional Analysis Tool to enable effective planning and communication.
• Produce pricing management analysis and ad-hoc reports to support leadership and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to optimize promotional policies.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all source systems and reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, specifically within market, commercial, or sales data contexts.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with at least one analytics or visualization tool such as Python, R, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining analytical tools or calculators for commercial decision-making.
• Advanced data visualization and dashboard design skills for leadership-level reporting.
• Strong business acumen regarding pricing, promotions, or sales effectiveness.
