Commercial Agent

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial agency business instructions and achieve agreed business targets
• Network and generate new business leads to expand the client portfolio
• Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Showcase properties through online listings, office tours, presentations, and networking events
• Draft and navigate heads of terms and advise on commercial lease contract elements
• Formulate clear leasing strategies, including occupancy absorption and repurposing existing space
• Manage client relationships by providing regular updates to landlords and maintaining professional trust
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all business activities and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Leasing Executive
• Proven track record in lease renewals, new lettings, and lease disposals
• Strong knowledge of the office market, including current rents, trends, and incentives
• Experience working with both tenants/occupiers and landlords
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (fluency in Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• MRICS or currently on the APC pathway
• International real estate experience
• Existing network of office occupiers, law firms, and professional services
